Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Tiny Toes – Baby Tracker app (“Tiny Toes”) and its account service, made by Chris Kelly. The five points under “Using Tiny Toes” are the Terms of Use shown in the app; the rest adds detail on medical advice, the licence and the subscription. By signing in to Tiny Toes you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Using Tiny Toes

  • Tiny Toes is a log for your own family’s records. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
  • Feeding guidance is general public-health information, not medical advice. Always follow your midwife, health visitor, nurse or doctor.
  • Everyone in your family can see and change what is logged. Only invite people you trust, and keep access to your email secure.
  • Don’t misuse the service or try to reach other people’s data. Accounts that do may be closed.
  • Tiny Toes Premium is sold under Apple’s standard licence agreement.

Not medical advice. Tiny Toes records what you enter and shows general guidance published by health authorities and paediatric bodies, including a daily formula guide worked out from your baby’s age and latest weigh-in where the guidance gives amounts by body weight. It doesn’t diagnose, monitor or treat anything. If you are worried about your baby, contact your doctor, midwife, child health nurse or health visitor, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

Licence (Apple’s standard EULA)

The Tiny Toes app, including Tiny Toes Premium, is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies.

Tiny Toes Premium subscription

  • What it includes. Tiny Toes is free to download. Logging new entries needs Tiny Toes Premium. Without an active subscription you can still see, edit and delete everything you’ve already logged.
  • Plans. Monthly: US$4.99 a month (A$4.99 in Australia). Yearly: US$49.99 a year (A$49.99 in Australia). Prices in other countries, and any taxes, are shown in the App Store before you buy and may vary by country.
  • Free trial. Both plans start with a 14-day free trial if your Apple Account is eligible (generally, if you haven’t had a Tiny Toes Premium trial or subscription before). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged at the end of the trial. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends.
  • Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
  • Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase: in Tiny Toes, go to Settings, then Manage subscription; or on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Restore. If you reinstall the app or use a new iPhone with the same Apple Account, tap Restore purchases (in Settings or on the subscription screen).
  • Per Apple Account. Premium belongs to the Apple Account that bought it and isn’t shared through your Tiny Toes family. A partner who uses a different Apple Account needs their own subscription to log new entries.
  • Refunds. Apple handles all payments and refunds. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Deleting your account in Tiny Toes doesn’t cancel your subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

Your account

You need an account to use Tiny Toes, created when you sign in with Apple or with a code sent to your email. Tiny Toes is for adults: parents and carers. You can sign out or delete your account in the app at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Tiny Toes after a change, the updated terms apply.
